40 Days...Day 22

Good Afternoon Church,
Today is day 22 on our 40 day journey to bring ourselves closer to God. Today’s text is found in Luke 6:12-13

Luke 6:12-13
12It was at this time that He went off to the mountain to pray, and He spent the whole night in prayer to God. 13And when day came, He called His disciples to Him and chose twelve of them, whom He also named as apostles:

While I believe with all my heart that Jesus was capable and qualified to make this decision, He spent that night in prayer with God before selecting His apostles. It does not matter what the decision is, shouldn’t we take it to God and seek His advice? We may already know that answer, but isn’t it nice when God answers…
